Most playing card issues are rare, but they can happen. If your order arrives damaged in shipping or you received the wrong item, please contact ClassicDecks directly. If you opened a deck and discovered a single defective, missing, miscut, or damaged card, the manufacturer may offer a replacement-card or warranty support option depending on the brand.

Please email support@classicdecks.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. If the issue was caused by shipping damage, a fulfillment error, or another order problem, we’ll help arrange the right solution.

Copag replacement cards

For Copag plastic playing cards, Copag offers a replacement-card request program for individual card issues such as defective, damaged, lost, or missing cards.

Copag may ask for the card size, index style, back design, lot number, suit/rank of the card, and reason for replacement. The lot number is usually found on the Ace of Spades or guarantee card. Copag also advises customers not to discard damaged cards, because they may request them for review.

USPCC support for Bicycle, KEM, Bee, Hoyle, Tally-Ho, and other brands

For Bicycle, KEM, Bee, Aviator, Maverick, Hoyle, Cartamundi Classic, Grimaud, Congress, Squeezers, Tally-Ho, and other USPCC-supported products, warranty and product-defect questions should be submitted through Cardtopia’s support form.

When submitting a request, include clear photos of the issue, the product name, the brand, where the deck was purchased, and any lot code or packaging details available. This helps the manufacturer review the claim more quickly.
