Refund Policy
- 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns: Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives defective or damaged, we’ll replace your item or issue a refund. Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of receipt.
- Opened Decks: Opened decks are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect, such as misprints, missing cards, or another confirmed production issue.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, email us with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the return was caused by an error by ClassicDecks.
Individual Card Defects & Manufacturer Replacement Programs
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact ClassicDecks with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery.
If you opened a deck and discovered that one individual card is missing, miscut, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, the manufacturer may offer a direct replacement-card or warranty support option.
Copag offers a replacement-card request program for many individual Copag plastic card issues. For Bicycle, KEM, Bee, Hoyle, Tally-Ho, Aviator, Maverick, Cartamundi Classic, Grimaud, Congress, Squeezers, and other USPCC-supported products, customers can submit a warranty or product-defect request through USPCC.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please make sure your address includes any required apartment, suite, unit, building, company, box, or delivery information.
If a package is returned to ClassicDecks because the address provided at checkout was incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, missing required delivery information, refused, or unclaimed, we can help once the package is returned to us.
- Re-shipping: We can re-ship the order after the customer confirms the corrected address and pays the additional shipping cost.
- Refund instead of re-shipment: If the customer prefers not to have the order re-shipped, we can refund the returned products once the package is received back by ClassicDecks, less the original shipping cost.
- Free shipping orders: For orders that qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost paid by ClassicDecks may be deducted from the refund if the package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed address.
- ClassicDecks error: If the return was caused by an error by ClassicDecks, we will correct the issue at no additional cost to the customer.
We understand address mistakes can happen. This policy helps us continue offering fast shipping, careful packaging, and free U.S. shipping on qualifying orders while keeping shipping costs fair for all customers.
