30-Day Hassle-Free Returns: Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Defective/Damaged Items: If your order arrives defective or damaged, we’ll replace your item or issue a refund—just contact us with a photo within 7 days of receipt.

Opened Decks: Opened decks are not eligible for return, unless there’s a manufacturing defect (misprints, missing cards, etc.).

Process: To initiate a return, email us with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping may be customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective.
