The Descendents Playing Cards were created by Elijah Myers, one of our favorite magicians known as Card Perfect Magician. Designed with a cardistry-enhanced punchline, the deck features a bold green colorway and intricate detailing built to elevate visual performance.
The spiral back design with a thin border makes the cards ideal for fans, spreads, and advanced cardistry moves such as pirouette, hotshot, and cyclone.
With the motto “No matter how far you descend, you can always look up,” all court cards are uniquely illustrated looking upward.

Descendents Playing Cards are a bold, neon‑green signature deck from magician and creator Elijah Myers (Card Perfect Magician), designed in collaboration with Thorsten Schmitt and printed in the USA by USPCC on classic crushed stock. The high‑contrast black, white, and electric green spiral back design explodes in fans, spreads, and flourishes, making this an ideal deck for both cardistry and visual magic. Custom faces mix minimalist one‑color neon courts with selectively accented black‑and‑green courts, a striking Ace of Spades, and themed jokers and ad cards built around the message, “No matter how far you descend, you can always look up,” giving the deck a clear narrative throughline.
Each deck includes 52 fully playable cards, 2 jokers, and 2 ad/gaff cards featuring social links, a scripture reference, and a color‑your‑own spiral design that invites you to customize and share your own look. The tuck box continues the theme with a bold green arrow logo, hidden “LOOK UP” messages on the flaps, and clear crediting for Elijah and Thorsten, reinforcing this as a creator‑driven project rather than a generic custom deck. Printed on traditionally cut stock with an air‑cushion style finish, Descendents handles smoothly for shuffles, faros, and table work while still feeling soft enough for modern packet cuts and springs, making it a strong everyday worker that also stands out on camera.
